Vitamin Winter Cuisine in our Canteens

In February, the Stuwerkmuc Canteens will be serving healthy, hearty and warming specialities. Whether kale, spicy fennel or delicate root vegetables – our European winter cuisine will provide you with lots of vitamins and energy for the cold season.

These are our highlights in February:

4th February: winter vegetable stew / fresh carrot parsnip rutabaga vegetables baked in the oven
5th February: grilled cabbages (Brussel sprouts, potatoes, beetroot)
6th February potato sauerkraut gratin with herbal dip
11th February kale hemp balls with vegan soy yoghurt dip
17th February: kale with fried sausage
20th February: vegan potato broccoli gratin
25th February: cauliflower fennel stew
