Back in May, we had asked you for your favourite veggie meals. For we wanted to know what you think tastes especially nice in the vegan/vegetarian cuisine. With all the great recipes that were handed in, it was not easy for us to choose.
In mid-September, our chefs prepared the delicious winner dishes from our special "favourite veggie meal" for our canteen guests:
chickpea coconut bowl (1st picture), gnocchi with dried tomatoes and haricot beans (2nd picture) and lentil lasagne (3rd picture).
