In 2025, our canteens will be taking their guests on an international culinary journey – each month focussing on a different country or region. We'll be starting off in the far North in January. Inspired by the Scandinavian hygge lifestyle, we'll be offering soul-soothing and warming dishes which are perfect for the cold season. The typically Swedish köttbullar will for instance be on the menus – both the meat version (9th January) and also vegan (21st January).
Besides, January will be all about Veganuary. Thus there'll be an extra selection of vegan dishes in the canteens. As always, you can have a look at all the meals in our canteen menus.
The next stop of our culinary journey around the world will follow in February.
