Culinary winter specials in December in our canteens – look forward to delicious Christmas dishes, hearty winter soul food and yummy desserts. Here's some of the highlights on our menus: 

  • 4 December 2024: Venison goulash in lingonberry sauce
  • 5 December 2024: Roast beef with red wine sauce / "Rösti" with tomatoes and cheese topping / Baked apple cream with mascarpone
  • 6 December 2024: Winter vegetable stew and "Apfelkücherl" with custard for dessert
  • 10 December 2024: Duck leg with glühwein-orange sauce / Gnocchi with chestnuts and pumpkin
  • 12 December 2024: Roast venison with chanterelle and mushroom sauce / Rosemary panna cotta with apricot honey layer
