City tour Freising

Dear Freising Internationals!

We will start our semester in Freising with a guided city tour. You can look forward to getting to know your new hometown and getting into touch with other international students and your tutors!

We will start our tour near the campus. First, we'll have a look at Weihenstephan, the place which is famous throughout Germany for its old brewery and historic monastry. Afterwards, our tour will take us to Freising's historic city centre with its winding lanes and alleys. The tour will provide lots of information about what's so special about the oldest town at the Isar. Whoever feels like it, is welcome to afterwards join us to visit the Domberg. We'll be able to enjoy a fantastic view and have a look at the Mariendom, the town's famous landmark.

If you're new in Freising, don't miss the tour! It also doesn't take long to reach Freising by train from Munich.
We're looking forward to getting to know you and spending the semester together!
