The artist SWOON and her exhibition attracted 320 students to MUCA, many of whom found the way to the bar/club Unter Deck for the After-Party.
Discussions, art, architecture; a beer, cool Soul sounds and a nice pub - that was cultureclubbing goes MUCA!

Exclusive night opening of the exhibition “SWOON - time capsule” in the MUCA - Museum of Urban and Contemporary Art

Culture & partying all in one night – free for students! The MUCA - Museum of Urban and Contemporary Art - will be opening its doors exclusively for students and cultureclubbing, a series of events organized by the Studierendenwerk München Oberbayern.

All art-loving student night owls will be able to visit the exhibition “SWOON - time capsule” from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. free of charge. The well-known mixed-media artist Swoon from the US has been on of the most prominent women in the street art scene for the past two decades. Many of her works and installations feature wheatpaste prints and life-size paper cutouts, which depict life and its stories in all its many forms. Swoon’s works have even been displayed in famous museums such as the Museum of Modern Art in New York and the Tate Modern in London. This is the first time that Swoon will be showing her works in a German museum.

From 11:00 p.m. onwards, we will be going to the Unter Deck to party. The first 100 students will receive a voucher for a free drink!
