Munich Studierendenwerk and DOK.fest Munich present: Documentary “All these sleepless nights” in Kino City 1, followed by a party at the Cord Club – free for students!
cultureclubbing is back this summer semester!
On Thursday, 4th May 2017 at 21:30, the Studierendenwerk and the DOK.fest Munich will present the documentary ALL THESE SLEEPLESS NIGHTS, a film by Michal Marczak that paints a hypnotic portrait of Generation Y. The film takes its viewers to a party in the middle of Warsaw. Kris and Michal, two incredibly well-dressed art students, stuck between ex-girlfriends and pluriamorous relationships, still searching – for the moment, the theory, the drug. How do you even get by in this life thing? Especially when the nights have become so transparent? There are no more limits – just as the line between documentary movie and narrative fiction begins to fade. At one’s mid-twenties, a lost weekend is never a lost weekend.
After the screening of the film, it’s just a walk around the corner to the party at the Cord Club at 11:00 pm. The turntables will be manned by Bavarian Mobile Disco – from guitar to indietronic and ventures in disco, beat, soul and funk, this DJ never ceases to surprise and amaze with his tracks. Upon presenting valid student identification, the first 100 guests to arrive will receive a free drink – first come, first serve!
How to get free tickets for the movie!
Simply send an e-mail to event@dokfest-muenchen.de. With your confirmation of reservation and student-ID, you can then pick up the Tickets at the register in the City Kino on the 4th May up until 9:00 pm.
