Legic Card for Kids

The Studierendenwerk München Oberbayern offers studying parents the opportunity to get free lunches for their kids. The offer includes all types of sales and is implemented using special Legic Cards, which can be applied for at any of the Studierendenwerk's infopoints. To do so, you’ll require the following:

• your child’s birth certificate (must be younger than 6 years of age)
• a parent’s / both parents’ certificate of enrolment
• a parent’s / both parents’ Legic Card / StudentCard

In order for this offer to be possible, the following guidelines and regulations apply:

• The Legic Card for Kids can only be used at lunchtime (11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.) and only once a day.
• Only an amount of up to €6.00 can be consumed free of charge.
• You can only purchase “food” – drinks or confectionery are not included.
• The card may only be used to get food for your child.
• When parents and children have meals together, the parents' Legic Card must also be used if the Legic Card for Kids is used.

Compliance with the above-mentioned guidelines is checked on a regular basis. In the event of any violation of these guidelines you may be excluded from participating in the offer.
