The Scholarship Advisory Service will be closed from 2025 December 24th until 2026 January 6th.
Due to staffing shortages, services will be limited from January 7, 2026, through January 30, 2026.

The advisory service will reopen fully on 2026 February 2nd.
What we offer:

- scholarship application training
- coaching regarding selection procedures and interviews
- preparing for selection seminars of the Begabtenförderungswerke (organisations for promoting talented students)
- assistance with preparing your application documents
- assistance with filling out forms
- application checks
- initial consultation for orientation purposes
- support in finding suitable scholarships
- assistance with choosing the right scholarship
- assessing your chances of receiving a scholarship
- help with finding suitable voluntary work
- general/specific tips on scholarship applications
We're there for you during the entire scholarship application process.

Appointments can be booked as telephone appointments, video appointments or face-to-face meetings.

Tuesday 10:00 a.m. - 12 noon
Thursday 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Opening hours (consultation only with an appointment booked via the online tool ):
Monday - Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
