We will be available again from January 7th 2026.
What we offer:
- legal advice for students enrolled at a university within the jurisdiction of the Studierendenwerk München Oberbayern
- information and advice in various fields of law, such as landlord and tenant law, labour law, general civil law as well as other legal matters
- should you have any legal questions concerning BAföG, please get in touch with the BAföG Office

You can only contact us by phone.
Due to the high number of incoming calls, you might not reach the Legal Advisory Service the first time you try.
If you don’t get through, our counsellor presumably is in the middle of a consultation and cannot answer your call (despite dialling tone), so please try again later.
