Hall of Residence Max-Bill-Straße

This hall of residence in the north of Munich, located in the Domagk-Park, has been rented by the Studierendenwerk München Oberbayern from the GEWOFAG since April 2016. The rooms are furnished and include a cupboard, a bed and shelves as well as a kitchen unit. Some of the apartments also have a balcony. What’s special about this hall of residence is that the apartments receive fresh air via a controlled ventilation system. If you press both ventilation outlets in the window frames at the same time, they lower themselves down, thus allowing fresh air to stream into the room. There are 4 wheelchair-accessible apartments for people with physical disabilities.
